Each micro-arc creates a precise, tiny point of thermal energy on the skin that does three things simultaneously: it contracts the surrounding tissue (immediate tightening), stimulates deep fibroblast activation and collagen production (long-term structural improvement), and resurfaces the treated area (improved texture and tone). Unlike RF or ultrasound that work through the skin without surface contact, plasma fibroblast creates visible micro-points — tiny carbon scabs — on the skin surface that are part of the healing process. These dots must be allowed to shed naturally over 7–14 days. When they do, the skin beneath is tighter, smoother, and structurally different.
