Solace Wellness Aesthetics is led by Dr. Flávio, DNP, AACC (medical wellness) and Leticia, Founder & Master Esthetician (skincare).

Unlike corporate medical spas that rotate staff, Solace is intentionally boutique. Every medical wellness service — peptide therapy, hormone optimization, GLP-1 weight loss, NAD+, functional medicine labs — is delivered by Dr. Flávio personally. Every facial, dermaplaning, microneedling, and HydraFacial treatment is performed by Leticia. The result: deep continuity, personalized protocols, and the same expert hands every visit.

Dr. Flávio holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Chamberlain University in Chicago, where he graduated with honors. He completed his clinical fellowship in 2018 and earned his Associate designation from the American College of Cardiology (AACC) in 2019 — one of the most rigorous credentials in cardiovascular medicine. Before joining Solace, he served as a hospitalist at all four major Lee County hospitals, building a depth of acute care experience rare in the wellness space.

At Solace, Dr. Flávio leads the medical wellness division. His practice is rooted in functional and integrative medicine — identifying root causes rather than managing symptoms, designing fully individualized protocols based on comprehensive lab analysis. No rushed 12-minute appointments. Every patient gets the time and attention complex care actually requires.

Leticia is the founder and master esthetician of Solace Wellness Aesthetics — and the reason Solace exists. With over a decade of skincare expertise, she built Solace from the ground up around a single belief: real beauty is the result of real care — precise, intentional, and deeply personal.

As a Florida-licensed esthetician with advanced certifications in microneedling protocols and Dermalogica Pro training, Leticia personally performs every facial treatment at Solace. Signature facials. Dermaplaning. Microneedling. HydraFacial. She designed each protocol herself, refined it through years of practice, and customizes every session to the patient in front of her. No two facials at Solace are identical — because no two skins are.

Beyond her technical work, Leticia is the curator of the Solace experience. The lighting. The music. The Dermalogica formulas chosen. The way the space feels the moment you walk in. All of it is intentional, all of it is hers.
