• Appointments are scheduled through our booking platform (Vagaro) or by phone
• A credit card may be required to reserve certain appointments
• Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee
• We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for any patient at our discretion

4. Consent for Treatment

All treatments require informed written consent. You will be asked to review and sign treatment-specific consent forms at your appointment. We reserve the right to decline treatment if consent cannot be properly obtained or if treatment is contraindicated by your medical history.

5. Refund Policy

• Services rendered: non-refundable (we do not provide refunds for completed treatments)
• Pre-paid packages: unused sessions may be transferred or applied to other services at our discretion. Refunds for unused sessions are evaluated case-by-case
• Memberships: cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Unused credits expire per membership terms (typically rolls forward up to 3 months)
• Products: unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Opened products are non-returnable due to hygiene
